Our program runs from September to June, following the public school schedule.
We remain open on PA days, as well as bus cancellation days.
We are closed on statutory holidays.

Tuition
for September 2026 - June 2027
$105 per month for 1 day a week (Tuesday - Friday)
Mondays are reduced to $100 per month to account for holidays.
Your child may attend as many days per week as you choose.
We require first and last month's tuition when joining the program.
We use Lillio app for our tuition payments - parents are required to sign up on the app and setup their payment method prior to starting with our program.
If payment is not received on time your child will not be able to attend until payment is made in full.
Wait list
Due to the nature of our limited enrolment, when a class is full, parents will be offered the option to be put on our “Wait List”. Spaces are created when a family or child leaves the center. Spaces can be available at any time of the year and at any point in the month. Only once the withdrawal is confirmed in writing can we begin to find a space for the child. As openings become available the registrar will contact the first family on the waitlist. Families will be given 24 hours to decide if they wish to accept the spot before we move on to the next name on the list. Note: Families already enrolled in our school will be given first priority of class vacancies, followed by children on our waiting list. *If you wish to be added or removed from the wait list please contact the registrar at mapletonpreschoolBOD@gmail.com
Base/ Non-base Fee
As a not-for-profit organization, Mapleton Preschool relies on fundraising to support and sustain our program. In addition to tuition fees, fundraising is essential to meeting our monthly operating expenses, including staff wages, rent, telephone, operating supplies, capital equipment purchases, and maintenance. Fundraising initiatives will be conducted throughout the school year as required to supplement tuition revenue. All families are expected to actively participate in these fundraising efforts. At the time of registration, we are offering for parents to pay a non-refundable $500 fee to opt out of volunteering. However, parents are still asked to participate in selling and advertising fundraisers. We appreciate our community support and every family’s effort in the operation of Mapleton Preschool. Late fees have been put in place for late pick up, class ends at 12:00PM, a fee will be charged if you are more than 15 minutes late.
